Spokane ForeclosuresOn Monday I was visiting a client about listing their home. One of her primary concerns was with trying to compete with the foreclosures on the market. So how many foreclosures are actually out there in Spokane County?
The Spokane Association of Realtors is reporting that there are currently 5130 listings on the market and Realty Trac is reporting 726 foreclosures in Spokane County. That means about 14% of the current inventory. I say “about” because not every foreclosure, bank owned property or property going to auction is listed on the open market. This give a pretty good picture about the inventory mix in Spokane County.
